steamed fish paste is made from fish. The fish is caught not only in Japan but also a variety of countries. Now I'll introduce the process.

First, you catch the fish.

Next, you cut the fish moderately.

Thirdly, you wash it clean.

Fourth, you remove fat and blood from the fish.

Fifth, you remove water from the fish.

Sixth, you mince the fish.

Seventh, you knead the fish together with millstone with seasoning.

Eigth, you shape the fish meat in a fish paste model.

Nineth, you roast it with steam.

Lastly, it cools to room temperature.

That's all !

about yellowtail

Yellowtail can be caught around Japan. It is called buri in Japan. It is the most delicious in winter but is delicious in all seasons. This is the fish which comes next. The order is wakashi, inada, warasa, and buri. The body is silver-white. The length is one meter long. Toyama's yellowfish is especially delicious, but, it is too expensive. However , this is natural. Cultivated things are comparatively cheap, and delicious enough.

In Toyama , there is plenty more. Toyama is WONDERFUL.
