1.TONAMI and SCHOOLS
| "Tulip Park" is in Tonami City of Toyama prefecture, Japan. Tonami City is known for beautiful tulips all over Japan. Also, it is twinned with Lisse in Holland because of its tulips. Schools in Lisse and Tonami, where we have three schools, take turns to send a few students to each country each year. It is a very excellent experience! I think we should have more chances to exchange cultures. It's very nice to carry out projects such as this.I hope that many students who have wide international view will grow not only in Tonami but also in all over the Japan. |
2.NATURE
| We have wonderful nature and good traditions.We have SANKYO-SON around the city.It means houses that are dotted smong the rice fields. My friend`s house is among SANKYO-SON, too. This is a famous tradition of Tonami, and it also exists throughout Japan. It's a great view from high place. In addition, we have SHO river. Tonami is very beautiful! So, please come once!! |
